At Souqella, we ensure that every product reaches you in its original condition. If you receive a product that is incorrect, faulty, broken, or damaged, you are eligible for a free replacement.

We do not provide replacements for cases of change of mind or personal preference.

Timeframe

  • You may raise a replacement request within 30 days of delivery.

  • If your request is made within 7 days of delivery, the replacement will be processed free of charge.

  • Requests made after 7 days but within 30 days may incur additional charges.


Replacement Process

Step 1: Initiation

  • To initiate a replacement, please share a clear video of the incorrect, faulty, or damaged product with our customer support team within the eligible timeframe.

  • In many cases, the issue may be related to product usage, and our team will guide you through possible fixes before approving a replacement.

Step 2: Approval & Next Steps

If our team determines that the product is indeed faulty, you will be offered one of the following options:

Option A: Return & Replace

  • You will be asked to ship the incorrect, faulty, damaged, or broken product back to our warehouse in its original packaging (including product box and all accessories).

  • Once received, we will dispatch your replacement within 5 working days, free of charge.

Option B: Courier Pickup & Replace

  • We will arrange a courier pickup within 14 working days.

  • Please pack the product securely in its original packaging (including product box and all accessories)

    to our warehouse at the address below:-

     Warehouse # 13, Street No. 4 – 4th Street, Al Khabaisi, Dubai, UAE

    for collection.

  • A replacement will then be provided.
