If your request is made within 7 days of delivery, the replacement will be processed free of charge.

Requests made after 7 days but within 30 days may incur additional charges.

To initiate a replacement, please share a clear video of the incorrect, faulty, or damaged product with our customer support team within the eligible timeframe.

Step 2: Approval & Next Steps
If our team determines that the product is indeed faulty, you will be offered one of the following options:
Option A: Return & Replace

You will be asked to ship the incorrect, faulty, damaged, or broken product back to our warehouse in its original packaging (including product box and all accessories).

Once received, we will dispatch your replacement within 5 working days, free of charge.
Option B: Courier Pickup & Replace

We will arrange a courier pickup within 14 working days.

Please pack the product securely in its original packaging (including product box and all accessories)
to our warehouse at the address below:-

for collection.
